Assalamualaikum and greetings to everybody. Shocked? It's not easy to find "this" you know? Even to write only this short post cost me a lot of time. Because we as a Malay, have been colonized by the west who changed and "romanized" our Malay language. The truth is Islam had assimilate earlier with Malay language. [As you can see above, that is Jawi. It got nothing to do with Arabic language. Only the letter most of them are same. Some letter in Jawi doesn't exist in Arabic language. The language is still the same with what we Malays pronounce daily. Just the letter are different. Just like Japanese, hiragana, katakana, kanji and now they also have romaji(roman letter). However, they don't use romaji as their daily usage. Usually it is to help foreigner to pronounce japanese better.] But nowadays, Jawi has been alienated and fading day by day. [Who did that? We our self. We didn't use Jawi in our daily life. We feel awkward to use that. We don't preserve]. Even me myself had forgot how to spell it right.[We have spell-it-right organized by New Straits Times right? Why don't Utusan Melayu did that? and it is open to all races in Malaysia. This is a prove to show their loyalty to this country]. Now, I use eJawi.net to translate romanized Malay to Jawi. Okay, we can talk about that later.

Raya...there are so many story to be told in this Raya holiday. I have to separate my raya report into a few part. Which is politic, road safety and suspicion (I don't think that is the right word, Ithink the more suitable word is misjudging. Useless google translate.) and perhaps many more. I just want to try Jawi in this entry. [perhaps I can do much later]. This week also I'm pretty busy. Maybe this weekend I'll make a new entry. But if I can steal a few time, I will update.

Lastly, Happy Aidilfitri. Sorry for my mistakes.

p/s: We have our identity, and it beautifully related with Islam. Preserve it, treasure it.

p/s melayu: Kita ada identiti, dan dengan indah ia berasimilasi dengan islam. Jagalah ia. Jadikan ia sebagai harta kita yang tak ternilai. Ia tak boleh dibeli.

p/s 2: The [...] part is not a content of the Jawi part. It just additional part.
