Asian Olympic qualifying round: Malaysia vs Japan, I was there!

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all Infinitesane visitors,

Last Wednesday I went to Bukit Jalil National Stadium to watch Olympic qualifier match between Malaysia vs Japan. Honestly, I cannot comment much on that game because when I was there, I went there as a supporters. So, I just cheering for them until the last whistle. You can get the full picture here. I was lucky on the way to the Stadium because I accidentally bump in Ultras Malaya in the same lrt. They are singing and chanting in unison in the train. Watch it,

Nothing much to say actually, as I said before, I went there as a supporter. So I'm not paying much attention to the match. I can say that the defensive line was very fragile. Japanese strike force was way to much faster than Malaysia defenders. Malaysia not playing defensive, just like in Tosu when Malaysia lost to Japan by only 2-0. Ong Kim Swee told reporter later that he want his players to play open and offensive since Malaysia got nothing to lose as Malaysia is not qualified to Olympic. He also try to use much younger players to give them experience.

As conclusion, I'm dissappointed with the result. But I'm really happy for the fans as they know how to support our team until the last blow. Despite they're losing terribly, the fans stick to their sit until players went to the dressing room. I left you with the highlight of the match.

When footbal/soccer become more or less like WWE

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all Infinitesane visitors.

First and foremost, I just want to tell you that in a few hour, WWE Elimination Chamber will start and I really hope my internet connection will be nice with me. So, this is the theme song for "WWE Elimination Chamber 2012" or in Germany, they still call it as "WWE No Way Out 2012". Correct me if I'm wrong. My source is from Wikipedia. So we don't know whether it's true or not.

So, back to our topic, if you notice(if you're a football/soccer fans), The football nowadays is attractive not by just the game. The off-field "game" is also an attraction for the fans.

Why did I said that? Well click "Baca lagi"(Read more) if you in the homepage. If you not, then keep reading.

Why did I said football more or less like the WWE? The feud, the rivalry, the racist issue, the corruption issue look like it's been scripted, just like WWE. I know, most of the WWE fans know that WWE is scripted. It's for entertainment, just like we watch a TV series in television. I once watch "Bola @ mamak"(a talk show that talk anything about football in a mamak restaurant). One of the panel told us that the role of the tabloid paper in UK is to spread out rumors (eg: transfer rumors) so that people will get excited and attracted with the league. But transfer rumors is not attractive in Malaysia.

My point now, all the issues for example, the issue of Patrice Evra and Luis Suarez whether they're shaking hands or not is more attractive than the game itself. John Terry and Anton Ferdinand, just naming a few. Fabio Capello resign from being the England manager just because John Terry is striped from being the England's captain.

Back to Malaysia. The main story is corruption, match-fixing. The Malaysian FA's officials was also said involved in this issue and make the FA were furious with the Singapore's newspaper report. And not to forget, Peter Butler's disagreement with the Kelantan management. Will it make him resign? As AFC Cup is approaching.

The good part is that people will give more attention to the league. Even though the issues are negatives. It still attract people to keep up to date with the stories. As you know, the league possessed "some" income by the sponsorship and broadcasting(not sure about that though, I just make that up or I just assume that). By developing this issues, will attract people to watch the game. People waited eagerly just to see whether Evra is going to shake hand with suarez, well I don't watch the game though, I'm not a foreign league fans, but I watched the clip at "Bola @ mamak", I saw, Suarez don't want to shake hand with Evra right? Evra gives his hand to Suarez, but Suarez just ignore it right? I can understand what Suarez feels after being suspended for 8 games, now that man who cause it want to shake hand with him? He just being emotional. It's just make him look like a bad man or a heel if you watch WWE.

That's it for now, I need to sleep early so that I won't miss Elimination Chamber. After a cup of tea, I'll try to sleep, with that,

See you later,
Hasta luego,
Mata ne,
Jumpa lagi.
Wassalam...

Asian Thomas & Uber Cup qualification: Good job / Bad job?

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all Infinitesane visitors.

Lets talk about Asian Thomas & Uber Cup qualification as it nearing to its end.

This is the full result for today.

So, there you have it, Malaysia lost to Japan 3-0. If I'm not mistaken, in the newspaper report today, Japanese side said that they want to "give" Malaysia a win tonight, but maybe they've changed their mind. But the result doesn't affect Malaysia opportunity to qualify the final round of Thomas Cup as all the semi finalist qualify to final round.

Different story as we move on to the Uber Cup team, definitely, they are now just relying solely to the double as all the single fail to do well, especially the senior player. That's a shock as they're the one who should be the motivator to the junior players.

That's all for now,
See you later,
Hasta luego.
Mata ne,
Jumpa lagi...

What's up? Thomas and Uber Cup Asian Qualification round in Macau

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all Infinitesane visitors,

After observing my visitors few hours ago, they tend to come here by searching stories about Thomas and Uber Cup. So I guess I'll write an entry about them, in their group matches. As I write this entry, I just watch the news about the last match in their group. Thomas Cup boys managed to win against the favorite team, Korea.

As usual, click "Baca lagi = Read more" to read more.

First of all, here is the result and standing:

Thomas Cup results

Uber Cup results

Okay, there you go, both Thomas and Uber cup squad managed to go through the group stage, and Thomas Cup squad manage to avoid Indonesia on the 2nd stage. Thomas Cup boys are going to face India tomorrow and Uber Cup girls going to face Thailand also tomorrow.

I've said before right? In this post, I'm disappointed with the higher management of BAM that seems to give up before fight. I know most of them are young, but killing the hope just like killing the spirit of the player. We know, I know we cannot give high expectation to the boys/girls, but at least give them hope and support so they can give their best against anyone. Just look at the third single in Uber Cup match against India, the 19 years old girls managed to win against much experienced player. This is awesome. Koo Kien Kiat - Tan Boon Heong managed to end their losing streak against any Korean pair.

Lastly, before I end this entry, I always hope they (Thomas/Uber boys/girls) will do their best for the sake of our country. I'll keep an eyes on them always and I'll do what I can do to make them feel better. Even I'm almost sure they don't even know the existence of this blog.

See you later,
Hasta luego,
Mata ne,
Jumpa lagi...

I'm a Muslim...We don't celebrate Valentine...

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all Infinitesane visitor,

First of all, this entry is in Malay. So sorry if you accidentally came across this entry but can't understand it. Basically, this entry is just like what the title said.

Kembali ke topik semula, hari ini 14 Februari, ramai orang seluruh dunia menyambut Valentine Day. Malah, google.com juga membuat google doodle khas sempena valentine day.

Sila klik "Baca lagi" untuk cerita penuh.

Tak banyak yang aku nak komen, simple je, kalau anda rasa anda beriman, jangan sambut. Ulama' dah cakap jangan, jangan melawan. Kenapa anda rasa anda lagi betul daripada ulama'? Anda perlu ingat, niat/matlamat tak menghalalkan cara. Tu je aku nak cakap. Makin banyak anda berdolak-dalik, makin terserlah anda bersalah dengan tuhan anda.

mula-mula aku nak copy paste kejap dari facebook PERUBATAN Cawangan Mansurah. Gambar kat bawah ni pun aku sedut kat facebook yang sama. Harap-harap diizinkanlah ye?

"VALENTINE" adalah nama seorang paderi. Namanya Pedro St. Valentino.
Semoga kita semua ambil pengajaran!!! inshaAllah

Welcome to S-League, Young Tiger!

Assalamualaikum and a very good weekend to all Infinitesane visitors.

SPAM after SPAM received. Getting tired to get rid that. Come on, give me some love yo, comment after reading.

Nothing much to say, just recently I notice somebody arrived here by searching the keyword "thamil arasu". The Young Tiger player. Have a little story about him. Singapore S-League kick-off and Young Tiger gave a stylish "greeting" by defeating Gombak United 2-0. Young Tiger played in the S-League as an exchange with the Lions XII that played in the Malaysia Super League.

Well, what can I saw is that Gombak United was not that good, maybe it is just a beginning of the season, or maybe they're not a good team in S-League. Maybe the top seeded not yet played against Young Tiger. So they don't have any reason to be complecent. Young Tiger themselves seems to find their rhythm while playing on an artificial grass. I know they can play much better that that game. Many wasted pass since they can't read or estimate the balls speed on the turf. All and all, the goal was great. Scored by THAMIL ARASU and WAN ZAHARULNIZAM. WAN ZACK HAIKAL also played really well. Not to mention Gary Steven Robat. Izham Tarmizi, the goal keeper seems a little shaky in the first half, but managed to amend in the second half by his confident shape.

Lets just watch the highlight shall we?

Thats all for now,

Young Tiger can wave olympic goodbye

Assalamualaikum and good day to all Infinitesane visitors.

It's been a while since my last entry, as usual. My frequency to update this blog is decreasing. I don't know why, maybe just my laziness haunting me.

Back to the topic, the title tell the story. "Young Tiger" is the nickname to Malaysian football(soccer) junior team, as the senior team nickname is "Malayan Tiger".

Last Sunday, they faced Bahrain as their 4th fixture in the 3rd round Olympic qualifying round, and they lost all the match. But just being in the 3rd round is a new history in Malaysian modern football. Plus, they NEVER lost terribly against any opponent. So far they lost 2-0 to Japan and Syria, and against Bahrain they've lost 3-2 in home match and 2-1 in away match. Those who don't believe them please don't betrashed them. This will discourage them. If you don't believe in our talent, just shut up and cheer for other country. You're not helping by talking trash about them. If you mean good, then give suggestion. They're not playing badly, the problem they facing is that they can't play consistently. And by the time they make mistake, the opponent will definitely punished them.

That's all for now. As a conclusion, they played well and make me happy watching a good game. I hope they will not satisfied with their performance, and will improve later. Make our first millionaire footballer, Safee Sali as an example to thrive in the world. Show Malaysia Boleh! (Malaysia Can!) spirit. I'm looking forward for the 2 remaining games against Japan and Syria.

See you later,
Hasta luego,
Mata ne,
Jumpa lagi.

Thomas & Uber Cup Asian Qualification: We're ready! To lose?

Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all Infinitesane visitor.

Today, I want to tell you about what's going on in the sports news headlines in Malaysia. Aside our MSL (Malaysia Super League) and Olympic qualifier, all eyes are set to watch our badminton squad progress that will be sent to represent our country to the Thomas cup especially.

As most of all Malaysian know, Malaysian badminton pride nowadays are only depended to Dato' Lee Chong Wei, the world No.1 Ranking in badminton. The others? Fail TERRIBLY. This issue has been a polemic since a long time ago. And I don't mean to discourage them. I hope they don't get me wrong here(only if they read this blog). I do hope they will do their best to not fail to enter the final round of Thomas cup. It is just they are not "fierce" enough to make their opponent afraid. Instead, they(most of players except Chong Wei) look very weak physically and mentally. Just look at China. I know some of you may said let apple compared to apple, China is a very big country and there is a big pool of talent to nurture there. They've been asked to trained and live their live on one purpose, in this case badminton. But, if Chong Wei can beat Lin Dan, why not others do well?

It all depend on their motivation strength. Lee Chong Wei once said in a talk show "kafe sukan(sports cafe)" that most of the juniors when they know they've to face an established player, they know for sure that they will lose. It shows that they've already lose before the battle start. But Recently, Liew Darren said to the media that he will do his best with whoever he will face and perhaps making the upset to the favorite. I hope he will do as he said.

Lets move on to the double players. Our no.1 pair is surfing on the tsunami I think. Honestly, I don't know what to comment about Koo Ken Kiat and Tan Boon Heong. They have problem among themselves(?) They cannot do well even after changing the coach. Well actually it become much worse. They cannot win against Korean pair, even to the infamous pair, I mean non-favorite. And after Rexy leaves them and coaching the women's double, two women's pair manage to climb the ranking to the top 20. How's that huh?

Last but not least, my eyes are getting sleepy right now. The upper management of BAM (Badminton Association Malaysia) said to media, that the Thomas Cup is not their priority. Instead, they're aiming for the Olympic golden medal. What a loser statement that was. I said earlier about the same attitude to the junior squad and now the management also? But not all of them, most of them acting like a loser like me(hahaha).

Well, I think that's all for now, I need to go to sleep.
See you later,
Hasta luego,
Mata ne,
Jumpa lagi.

p/s: (16th Feb 2012) I've made a newer entry about the qualification round here
